Meet Rohit
Rohit Khandelwal founded Aayatan Veda in 2020 — the same year he earned the Vastu Acharya title from MahaVastu under VastuShastri Khushdeep Bansal. But Vastu itself has been home since childhood, a generational practice absorbed long before it became a profession.
He took his Bachelor of Architecture at Priyadarshini College in Nagpur in 2004, then his Master of City Planning at IIT Kharagpur, and has been practising architecture and urban planning for over twenty years since. The early part of his career was spent shaping Naya Raipur — first as Deputy General Manager (Planning) at the Naya Raipur Development Authority, and years later as Former Planning Advisor, Naya Raipur City Project. Both roles now sit in his backstory; today the practice is private.

Three questions we are asked every week.
No. Rohit works as an architect first. If a Vastu principle does not also make the home more liveable, he will say so. You will never be asked to move out, break a wall, or buy an object to fix a problem. You will get a report you can read on its own terms.
Never. Aayatan Veda does not sell remedies. Where a specific item is genuinely useful — a mirror, a colour, a plant — the report tells you where to buy it yourself, usually for a fraction of what consultants charge for the same thing.
Yes. Most clients are outside Raipur — across India, the Gulf, the UK, the US, and Australia. The Clarity Path and the Selection Path are fully remote. For Alignment and Design work, we travel when the project needs it, and handle the rest through structured video walkthroughs with you and your architect.
