Who it’s for

You already have a shortlist. You have walked the flats, or at least seen the floor plans. You are one decision away from paying, and you want a structured check before you do — not a vague “it’s good / it’s bad” answer, but a comparison you can hand to your spouse, your parents, or your banker.

  • A five-point due-diligence overview — legal, technical, financial, ethical, and Vastu — so you know what you still need to check outside Vastu, and what we have already checked for you.

How it works

  1. You send the basics. Floor plans, a compass reading at the main door, photos of every room and the surroundings, and the date / time / place of birth for every family member who will live there. We will send you a short form.
  2. We evaluate on paper. Rohit runs the direction analysis and the zone check himself. The team assembles the report under his eye. If we need a second input from you, we ask in one batch — not in daily pings.
  3. You get the report + a half-hour call. Delivered by WhatsApp and email. Rohit walks you through it on a call, answers your questions, and points at what to do next.
